Returns must be authorized by emailing us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will not authorize or accept returns after this period.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date of the invoice, otherwise, they will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges to and from the shop are the responsibility of the customer, return your item to us at

- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from all refunds.
- All returns must be sent back to us in the same condition that we sent the item to you.
- The package must be insured when returning an item. If you return an uninsured item and it breaks during shipping, we will not be able to credit you.
- If you ship the items back to us and they arrive in the same condition that we sent them to you, we will refund your original form of payment, excluding the shipping costs.
- Please note that the time for a refund to be applied to your original form of payment depends on your bank or payment provider.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items damaged in shipping
If you receive a damaged item in shipping, we apologize for the inconvenience and are here to assist you. Please follow these steps:
- Contact us immediately within 3 days of receiving the order. It is important to notify us promptly to ensure we can resolve the issue.
- When contacting us, please provide an image of the damaged product, the outside packaging (with label), and the inside packaging. You can send the images to us via email. tressarprimitives@hotmail.com
- You will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier for damaged and lost items. If your item is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier then (as long as you purchased insurance) you will receive a full refund from the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier has proof of delivery and your package was stolen, neither the shipping carrier nor Tressar Primitives is responsible.
Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for stolen packages or missing packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping companies. While we do our best to follow up with the shipping companies, resolution of such cases is often challenging. It is crucial to ensure that you are shipping your package to a safe and secure location.
