Shipping policy

Our shipping policy is as follows:

•  We aim to ship all orders out within 24 hours.  During our peak season, times may vary slightly, but we will always do our best to get your order out asap.
• We offer real-time shipping rates from USPS or UPS based on the size and weight of the items you are purchasing.
• We are not responsible for invalid addresses or shipments marked "return to sender" by shipping companies. Please ensure that you enter the correct address during checkout.
• We have address validation in place, but mistakes can still occur, so please double-check your address before submitting your order.
• Please be mindful that only Priority Mail has insurance to cover any shipping damage. Tressar Primitives is not liable for any damage incurred during shipping. If it is a costly item, seperate insurance is highly recommended. 
• We primarily use USPS for shipping, but we may use other carriers if necessary.
• If there are any damages or items lost during shipping, you will need to report it directly with the shipping carrier and file a claim. We will provide any necessary proof of shipment and documentation to assist you.
• It is important to ensure the accuracy of your address, as we are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect addresses.
